1. FIELD SALES TEAM LEADER
Qualifications:
a. Sales management related work experience is preferred
b. Can use office software

2. FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Qualifications:
a. With experience in loan, financial services, or OFW-related sales is preferred
b. Experience in field sales, or direct selling is an advantage
3. SENIOR TEAM LEADER FOR LOANS
Qualifications:
a. Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree (any relevant field).
b. Preferably 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
c. Good understanding of customer lending business and marketing & sales for lending business, sales background is preferred, persuasion and negotiation skills.
4. LOANS PROCESSOR (ONLINE SALES)
Qualifications:
a. With experience in loan processing, financial services, customer support, or OFW-related work is preferred but not required.
b. Experience in online sales, tele-sales, or customer service is an advantage
5. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT/REPORTS ANALYST
Qualifications:
a. Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree (any relevant field).
b. Must demonstrate strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, formatting, and basic formulas.
c. With good understanding of customer lending business.
d. Preferably with working experience in the related field.
6. CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM LEADER
Qualifications:
a. Experience: 2+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably within card business or financial/fintech services.
b Skills: Strong understanding of CRM tools and ticketing systems. Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
c. Financial services or fintech industry experience preferred
7. ANTI-FRAUD TEAM LEADER
Qualifications:
a. Candidate must have experience working on Fraud Ops (Detection, Prevention, etc.) and/or Financial Crime
b. Familiar with case investigation, fraud risk controls, and regulatory requirements.
c. Basic knowledge of Banking Industry & Regulatory Environment including but not limited to Regulations CC, D, E & Z and Red Flags Rule, FCRA, etc.
d. Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and data security standards
e. High School graduate, but preferably with a Bachelor’s degree -- graduate of Political Science, Law, Legal Management or Finance.
f. Certified Fraud Examiner certification a plus
g. Good understanding of customer lending business.
h. With leadership experience
8. LC RELATIONS OFFICER
Qualifications:
a. With good communication skills (english)
b. Have basic proficiency in Excel or online spreadsheets
c. Experience in finance, lending, insurance, or agent-channel operations is preferred.
d. Experience in sales, recruitment, channel development, or account management is preferred
9. CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (LUVIT)
Qualifications:
a. Experience in Credit Card Business or Banking and Finance is a great advantage.
b. Good understanding of customer lending business, or credit card.
c. Able to operate computer and MS office and able to adapt to new technology in work.
10. VENDOR MANAGEMENT TEAM LEADER
Qualifications:
a. Strong analytical skill
b. Capability to assess vendor performance data.
c. Excellent verbal and written communication.
d. Experience in Project & Campaign Coordination
e. Familiarity to regulatory compliance
f. Certified Fraud Examiner certification a plus
g. At least 1 year experience in the same position.
h. With leadership experience
11. VENDOR COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST
Qualifications:
a. Deep understanding of industry laws, labor standards, and international regulations.
b. Competency in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating third-party operational and financial risks.
c. Capability to design, execute, and document formal supplier compliance audits
d. Keen eye for spotting errors in vendor documentation, certifications, and invoices.
12. ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST
Qualifications:
a. Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or any Financial Management
b. 2-year relevant Accounting experience
c. Tax compliance experience
13. AI VOICE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
Qualifications:
a. 2-year experience in telephone collections (preferred)
b. 1-year experience in quality assurance, training, or team leadership
c. Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
