Layunin nitong bawasan ang konsumo ng enerhiya, higit pang paghusayin ang efficient use ng government resources, at panatilihin ang tuloy-tuloy na serbisyo publiko, kasabay ng pagsuporta sa national energy conservation initiatives.

Gayunpaman, ang mga essential at field-based personnel ay mananatiling may regular at tuloy-tuloy na operasyon. Kabilang dito ang:

➡️ Upang mapadali ang komunikasyon at travel costs, virtual meetings at digital platforms ang ituturing na default mode para sa inter-office coordination, seminars, at workshops. Babawasan rin ang pagbiyahe kapag maaari namang maisakatuparan ang layunin online.
