September 23, 2026 | Municipality of Binalbagan holds the 3rd Quarter Joint Municipal Peace & Order Council (MPOC) and Municipal Anti-Drug Abuse Council (MADC) Meeting presided by spearheaded by the DILG led by Ma'am Judy G Bacule, MLGOO VI, at the Mayor's Office Conference Room today.

SFO3 Raffy R Nobleza, Acting Municipal Fire Marshal, Binalbagan Fire Station, accomoanied by FO2 Sheena Mae C Valerio, attended the meeting together with other department heads and representatives coming from the National and Local agencies.

Updates, Peace and Order Situation, and Accomplishment Report for 2026 3rd Quarter were presented to the body during the meeting.

Personnel of Binalbagan Fire Station led by SFO3 Raffy R Nobleza, Acting Municipal Fire Marshal, conducts fire safety lecture and fire exit drill to the staff of MILTON Hardware today, September 21, 2026.

This activity aims to equip the staff of basic knowledge and skills in case of fire or emergency. Beyond operational readiness, regular drills ensure strict compliance with the Fire Code of the Philippines (RA 9514), reducing legal liability and fostering a disciplined response that prevents panic during a real emergency.

SFO3 Raffy R Nobleza, Acting Municipal Fire Marshal, Binalbagan Fure Station, coordinated with the Local Disaster Risk Reduction Office (LDRRMO) as to weather forecast today, September 21, 2026.

This is in line with the heightened alert status in relation to the observance of 54th Anniversary of the Declaration of Martial Law.

Personnel are also on standby and ready to respond incase of eventualities within the area of responsibility.
