The People’s Law Enforcement Board (PLEB) is a local government body that receives and decides administrative complaints against members of the Philippine National Police (PNP).
It was created under the Republic Act No. 6975, also known as the Department of the Interior and Local Government Act of 1990.
Its purpose is to strengthen community participation in policing and ensure police accountability.
To educate the public about the functions and powers of PLEB and Inform citizens of their rights when interacting with police officers, Biñan City PLEB Chairman Mar D. Sigue and members of PLEB joins the Barangay Assembly Day of Barangay San Francisco, Barangay San Jose, Barangay Sto. Domingo and Barangay Loma on March 14-15, 2026.
