TRAFFIC ADVISORY FROM BILAR LGU:

📌ATTENTION📌

Starting at 06:00 AM tomorrow, July 30,2026, BILAR NATURAL and MAN-MADE FOREST will be TEMPORARILY closed to all types of vehicles to give way to the DPWH Operation: to pull out the RIMON Bus which fell into the ravine.

In view of the tempory closure, the following alternative routes shall be observe :

📍Vehicles travelling from the interior towns going to Tagbilaran City shall be rerouted via the BILAR- SEVILLA- LOBOC Road;

📍Vehicles traveling from Tagbilaran City going to interior towns shall pass through Dimiao-Bilar Road

We will post an official update on this page once the operation has been completed and the road is safe and open to traffic again.

SERBISYONG NARARAMDAMAN:

KAPIN PHP 45K NGA KANTIDAD SA GIDUDAHANG SHABU, NASAKMIT SA BILAR!

Padayon ang hugot nga kampanya sa atong kapulisan batok sa ilegal nga droga! Usa ka malampusong buy-bust operation ang gipahigayon sa pwersa sa Bilar Municipal Police Station didto sa Brgy. Yanaya, Bilar, Bohol.

Nasikop atol sa maong operasyon ang usa ka nailhan nga street-level drug peddler. Nakuha gikan sa iyang posisyon ang mga pakete sa gidudahang shabu nga gibana-banang motimbang og 6.64 gramos ug adunay Standard Drug Price (SDP) nga Php 45,152.00.

Ang maong suspek anaa na karon sa kustodiya sa kapulisan samtang giandam na ang tukmang kaso nga ipasaka ngadto sa korte kalapasan sa RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).

Kining maong kalampusan dako og tabang aron mamenosan ang kalihokan sa ilegal nga droga sulod sa lungsod. Padayon tang magtinabangay ug makig-alayon sa awtoridad para sa hapsay ug luwas nga komunidad!

𝙏𝙖𝙣-𝙖𝙬𝙖: 𝙅𝙪𝙡𝙮 6,2026

Aron mas mapahingusgan ang kahapsay ug kaluwasan sa komunidad sa tulunghaan, mipahigayon og usa ka opisyal nga courtesy call ang hepe sa Bilar PNP nga si Police Captain (PCPT) Karl Ferdinand Mamon ngadto kang Dr. Proceso M. Castil, ang Campus Director sa Bohol Island State University (BISU) Bilar.

Kini nga mahinungdanong panagtigom nagtumong sa pagpahugot sa safety ug security sa tibuok unibersidad pinaagi sa mas lig-on nga koordinasyon tali sa lokal nga kapolisan ug sa administrasyon sa BISU Bilar. Prayoridad niini nga proactive nga lakang ang paghatag og luwas, hapsay, ug protektadong palibot alang sa kaayohan sa kapin kun kulang 3,600 ka mga estudyante, magtutudlo, ug mga kawani sa maong institusyon.

Dako nga kausaban ang mahitabo sa kadalanan sa umaabot nga mga adlaw tungod kay ang Bilar PNP duna na silay hingpit nga kapasidad ug awtoridad sa pag-isyu og Temporary Operator's Permit (TOP) ngadto sa mga traffic violators!

Kon kaniadto naanad ang mga motorista nga "way kurat" sa checkpoint tungod kay citation ticket lang ang pwede ma-isyu sa atong mga kapulisan, karon dili na gyud angay magkumpyansa. Human sa malampusong pag-apil sa mga personahe sa Bilar PNP sa Regional Orientation and Deputation Training Workshop nga gipahigayon sa LTO Region 7, ang atong mga lokal nga kapulisan dinhi sa Bilar opisyal na nga na-deputize ug natudluan sa saktong kahibalo sa pag-implementar sa Republic Act No. 4136.
