Today, DTI Bohol, through the soon-to-be-launched DTI Negosyo Center Bien Unido, paid a courtesy visit to Hon. John Felix L. Garcia, Municipal Mayor of Bien Unido, together with Ms. Joy Ann, BPLO Designate, and the assigned Business Counselor Limarfort Gabisan of DTI Negosyo Center Bien Unido, to discuss the preparations for the upcoming Launching of the DTI Negosyo Center Bien Unido and the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA).
The establishment of the DTI Negosyo Center Bien Unido reflects the continued commitment of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) β Bohol Provincial Office, under the leadership of Provincial Director Vierna Teresa C. Ligan, together with the SME Development Division (SDD), headed by Chief Jerome John J. Gabin, and the Consumer Protection Division (CPD), headed by Chief Mary Lou Torreon, in bringing quality government programs and services closer to entrepreneurs, MSMEs, and aspiring business owners in the Municipality of Bien Unido.
The establishment of the Negosyo Center is in line with Republic Act No. 10644 (Go Negosyo Act of 2014), which aims to make government services more accessible to entrepreneurs, MSMEs, and aspiring business owners.
Through the DTI Negosyo Center Bien Unido, entrepreneurs and aspiring business owners will soon have easier access to a wide range of DTI programs and services, including:
