𝐀𝐍𝐔𝐍𝐒𝐘𝐎: Simula Marso 23, 2026, magbabalik po ang Land Registration Authority sa 10-hour compressed workweek arrangement.

Ang iskedyul ng serbisyo sa LRA Central Office ay mula alas-otso ng umaga hanggang alas-siyete ng gabi, Lunes hanggang Huwebes. Bilang pagsunod sa Memorandum Circular No. 114, s. 2026, na inilabas ng Tanggapan ng Pangulo, magbubukas pa rin po ang opisina tuwing Biyernes upang maghatid ng frontline services, ngunit limitado ang bilang ng mga kawani (skeleton workforce).

Samantala, ang iskedyul ng bawat Registry of Deeds (RD) ay maaaring magbago ayon sa mga anunsyo mula sa mga lokal na pamahalaan. Inaabisuhan po ang lahat na tumutok sa mga anunsyo mula sa inyong lokalidad.

Para po sa pagbabayad ng transaksyon, ang cutoff time po ay alas-singko ng hapon upang mabigyan ng sapat na oras ang pagproseso ng mga natanggap na transaksyon. Kapag cashless payment naman po ang inyong paraan ay maaari pa rin itong matanggap kahit lagpas sa itinakdang cutoff.

ANNOUNCEMENT: In accordance with Proclamation No. 1189, s. 2026, declaring March 20, 2026 (Friday) as a regular holiday in connection with the commemoration of Eid'l Fitr (Feast of Ramadan), the operations of the Land Registration Authority Central Office and Registries of Deeds are suspended on the said date.

In relation to this, on March 16–19, 2026 (Monday to Thursday), the said offices will resume their regular operating schedule, from 8:00 n.u. to 5:00 n.h.

𝐀𝐍𝐔𝐍𝐒𝐘𝐎: Alinsunod sa Proklamasyon Blg. 1189, s. 2026, na nagdedeklara sa Marso 20, 2026 (Biyernes) bilang regular holiday kaugnay ng paggunita ng Eid'l Fitr (Feast of Ramadan), suspendido ang operasyon ng Land Registration Authority Central Office at mga Registries of Deeds sa nasabing petsa.

Kaugnay nito, sa Marso 16–19, 2026 (Lunes hanggang Huwebes), magbabalik sa regular na iskedyul ng operasyon ang mga nasabing tanggapan, mula 8:00 n.u. hanggang 5:00 n.h.

𝐀𝐍𝐔𝐍𝐒𝐘𝐎: Narito po ang pagbabago sa iskedyul ng operasyon ng Land Registration Authority Central Office at mga Registries of Deeds, alinsunod sa Memorandum Circular No. 114 na inilabas ng Tanggapan ng Pangulo noong Biyernes, Marso 6, 2026, kaugnay sa pagpapatupad ng mga kaukulang hakbang upang makatipid sa paggamit ng enerhiya ang mga ahensiya ng gobyerno.

As per Acting City Mayor Dada Reyes, work in government offices within the City of Biñan is still suspended today, July 24, 2024, except for offices engaged in disaster/emergency, health, public order and safety, relief and other essential services.
