𝗣𝗥𝗢 𝟭𝟯 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗠𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗩𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗕𝗮𝘆𝘂𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝗟𝗚𝗨
Camp Col Rafael C. Rodriguez, Butuan City — In a show of strong partnership and shared commitment to public service, the Police Regional Office 13 (PRO13) formally received two units of Toyota Innova Light Transport Vehicles from the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Bayugan City during a ceremonial blessing and turnover held today, February 16.
The activity was led by PBGEN MARCIAL MARIANO P. MAGISTRADO IV, Regional Director, PRO13, with Hon. Kirk A. Asis, City Mayor of Bayugan, and was witnessed by members of the PRO13 Command Group, Regional and Personal staff. While Rev. Fr. PMaj Rogen L. Leyson, Regional Pastoral Officer officiated the blessing of the new assets.
In his message, PBGEN Magistrado IV emphasized that the additional mobilities will significantly enhance police mobility, increase operational visibility, and improve response capability across the region. He added that these assets will strongly support the 7-Point Agenda of the Chief of the Philippine National Police (PNP), PGEN JOSE MELENCIO C NARTATEZ JR. and PRO13’s 3M Program — Pulis na Marangal, Maasahan, at may Malasakit.
“Effective law enforcement cannot be achieved by the police alone. It requires strong partnership and unified action between the PNP and LGU. When the police and the LGU work hand in hand, we build a stronger foundation for safer and more peaceful communities,” PBGEN Magistrado IV said.
PBGen Magistrado IV also expressed his heartfelt gratitude to Mayor Asis and the Bayugan City LGU for their generous support, noting that the donated vehicles reflect their commitment to public safety and will boost police capability, especially for the personnel transport and security operations during the upcoming Palarong Pambansa 2026 in Agusan del Sur.
The activity concluded with a strengthened relationship and enhanced collaboration between the LGU and the PNP. Fortifying a shared commitment to a better and brighter CARAGA.
