Good morning everyone!❤️🌞😊
In January 2024, i am so blessed to have shared my knowledge on local legislation to fellow IP Leaders from Quirino, Isabela and Nueva Vizcaya thru the invitation of PAFID.
While browsing my phone’s photo library last night i noticed these photos, it reminded me of my passion to share what i have learned from readings and from personal experiences in my 21 years as local legislator.
Now that i am no longer a member of any local council, even in the near future i have no intentions to, thus, i can no longer apply those learnings in actual deliberations.
However, thru this platform and this page, which i have establish during my incumbency as SP member, i will do my best to spare a time to create content on local legislation and local governance, as i have envisioned earlier, though a year have passed already. This will be for those who will be interested on the topics which we will discuss.
I shall start by reposting here some of the posts on Elma’s Notes under Elma Matters when i am still in SP.
May God bless this intentions🙏🙏🙏
