Heads up, residents of La Torre South, North, Casat, Cabuan, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya! Land Transportation Office Bayombong District Office will conduct FREE THEORETICAL DRIVING COURSE, ISSUANCE OF STUDENT PERMITS, RENEWAL OF LICENSES, MV REGISTRATION, and DISTRIBUTION OF PLATES.
To avail the FREE THEORETICAL DRIVING COURSE, please bring the following:
๐ Certificate of Indigency;
๐ Photocopy of your PSA;
๐ Photocopy of your any government issued ID.
For STUDENT PERMIT, please bring the following:
๐ Theoretical Driving Certificate
๐ Medical Certificate (available on-site)
๐ Photocopy of PSA
๐ Photocopy of your any government issued ID
๐ Photocopy of Marriage Contract (for married women)
WHO MAY AVAIL?

Client must be 16 years old and above. If youโre 16 to 17 years old, please bring PARENTโS CONSENT and VALID ID of your Parent/Guardian;

Client must not have unsettled traffic violation.
For RENEWAL of DRIVERโS LICENSE, it must not have expired for more than 2 years, and unsettled traffic violation(s).
For RENEWAL of MV REGISTRATION:
๐ Photocopy of OR and CR;
๐ Insurance (ito po ay makukuha mismo sa venue);
๐ Emission (ito ay makukuha mismo sa venue);
๐ MTOP (kung ikaw ay namamasada)
For DISTRIBUTION of PLATE
๐FOR VEHICLES WITH NO ASSIGNED PLATE WITH INITIAL REGISTRATION OF YEAR 2017 AND BELOW;
๐Photocopy of the latest Official Receipt (OR);
๐Photocopy of the Certificate of Registration (CR);

For Day 1, this will be the 1st day of Seminar.

For Day 2, continuation of Seminar, issuance of Student Permit, Renewal of Driverโs Licenses, Motor Vehicles, and Distribution of Licensed Plates.
