𝗖𝗱𝘁. 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝗰𝘂𝗮, 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗮 𝗠. from 𝗕𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗴, 𝗡𝘂𝗲𝘃𝗮 𝗩𝗶𝘇𝗰𝗮𝘆𝗮, served as the 𝗙𝗹𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗙𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿 during her first semester, where she was responsible for overseeing the discipline of female cadets within the dormitory. In this role, she empowered her team to guide and influence their peers by promoting good habits that strengthen character and personal behavior. Known for being an approachable and considerate leader, she consistently chose to lead with humility despite the heavy responsibilities of enforcing discipline. Guided by the philosophy, “𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝘀𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗳𝘂𝗹. 𝗟𝗲𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼,” she prioritizes impact over position and humility over recognition, striving to be a source of support and kindness that helps prepare her peers for their future foundations onboard.

Priority shall be given to:
✅ Children of OFWs affected by the Middle East conflict
✅ Children of transport drivers

Each qualified student shall receive the full amount of ₱20,000.00.
The allocated budget must not be divided.
