A proud moment for Nueva Vizcaya!

The Sangguniang Panlalawigan, during its 39th Regular Session, approved Resolution No. 2026-6305 congratulating and commending Ms. Lhor Ann Flores Fernandez for ranking Top 8 in the April 2026 Midwifery Licensure Examination with an outstanding rating of 92.35%.

This was awarded earlier today during the Flag Raising Ceremony at the Capitol Stage, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya, recognizing her remarkable achievement and dedication to excellence in the field of healthcare.

Her success brings honor not only to her family and institution, but to the entire province—serving as an inspiration to our youth and future professionals.

During the 38th Regular Session of the 12th Sangguniang Panlalawigan, a resolution authored by Atty. Primo Percival J. Marcos was passed recognizing the outstanding performance of our athletes, coaches, trainers, and officials in the Cagayan Valley Regional Athletic Association (CAVRAA) Meet 2026.

The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Awards, chaired by Hon. Primo Percival J. Marcos, as the lead committee, jointly convened with the Committee on Municipal Affairs to review an ordinance from the Municipality of Aritao.

After thorough deliberation, Municipal Ordinance No. 2026-01, entitled:

“An Ordinance Institutionalizing the Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence (PRAISE) for the Local Government Unit of Aritao,”
was reviewed and approved at the committee level.

This measure seeks to promote excellence, innovation, and integrity among government employees through a system of recognition and incentives.
