In the NEWS: Teaching force of Tampog ES received their well-deserved promotion under ECP!
Expanded Career Progression (ECP) System is a merit-based framework for public school teachers and school heads introduced via Executive Order No. 174, s. 2022 and formalized in 2025. It offers faster, clearer career advancement pathways based on competence and performance rather than just seniority.
