Turning challenges into growth, the ARTA inspection was successfully completed and proved to be a meaningful learning experience for all. Despite a few noted deficiencies, the activity highlighted the preparedness and full support of the Department Heads and their representatives. We also extend our sincere gratitude to Ma’am Marjorie C. Jaraula, Ms. Karyn Shaira G. Madridano and of course Mayor Rogelio D. Jaraula, for their constant guidance and unwavering support throughout the process.

In line with Proclamation No. 727 declaring 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟴, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 as a special non-working holiday for the Feast of the Immaculate Conception of Mary, no work and classes on Monday, December 8, 2025.
Regular operations and classes will resume on Tuesday, December 9, 2025.

The Best Halloween Costume Contest is open exclusively to LGU Baungon employees, with each office allowed to field one (1) representative. Interested participants must be officially endorsed by their respective offices and submit their names to the HRMO on or before October 24,2025(Friday). Costumes should be Halloween-themed, whether spooky, mythical, or creatively original, but must remain decent and appropriate for a government setting. Participants are encouraged to use safe props and makeup to enhance their overall presentation. During the competition, each representative will have to walk or perform on municipal hallway and may briefly introduce their costume or character.

Judging will be based on the following criteria: Visual Appeal/Effect(20%), Spooky Effect(25%), Execution/Performance(25%), Uniqueness of the Character (20%) and Audience Reaction/ Impact( 10%).
