𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗔 𝗦𝗔 𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗡𝗔 𝗠𝗔𝗬 𝗞𝗔𝗧𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗡 𝗔𝗧 𝗚𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚

The National Historical Commission of the Philippines joins the National Commission for Cutlure and the Arts in celebrating National Arts Month 2026, an observance created by Proclamation No. 683 (28 January 1991).

This year, its overarching theme “Ani ng Sining: Katotohanan at Giting”, underscores how the arts uphold truth, courage, and collaboration and how it contributes to building livable communities, responsible governance, and a sustainable society. llustrating that art is not merely the product of the creative mind, also highlights arts as the outcome of peoples’ shared experiences and collective aspirations. As an expression of truth and valor, art becomes a wellspring of hope and a guiding force towards a more just and progressive society.
