📢 𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬!

𝗧𝗢: All Department Heads / Officer-in-Charge, All School Heads (Public & Private), and All Other Concerned

𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧: Extension of Suspension of Work in all Government Offices and Classes at all Levels (Public and Private)

Pursuant to the updated Advisory issued by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), through Secretary Juanito Victor "Jovic" Remulla, and in consideration of the heavy rainfall caused by the Southwest Moonsoon, the following are hereby ordered:

(1) Classes at all levels, both in public and private schools within the municipality of Bato are hereby suspended on July 25, 2025.

(2) Works in all departments and offices of the Local Government Unit of Bato is likewise suspended on July 25, 2025, except the following that are mandated to continue operations due to essential nature of their services:

(a) Office of the Municipal Mayor
(b) Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO)
(c) Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO)
(d) Municipal Health Office (MHO)
(e) General Services Office (GSO)
(f) Municipal Agriculture Office (MAO)
(g) Municipal Engineering Office (MEO)
(h) Municipal Planning and Development Office (MPDO)

(3) Other offices and agencies may implement hybrid or alternative work arrangements as determined by their respective heads.

(4) The suspension of work in private offices and companies in Bato, Camarines Sur is highly encouraged but remains in the discretion of their heads and offices.
