In the spirit of Christmas, the SK Council of Pagatpatan will be holding a Christmas Gift Giving Activity and Educational Assistance Distribution at the LRV Pavilion.

🎄 Schedule of Activities:

•Christmas Gift Giving– 8:00 AM
• Educational Assistance Distribution– 1:00 PM
( 65 college and 25 Grade 12 students who submitted the required documents)

Please be informed that the gift giving is on a per-household basis. Bring the claim stub that was previously distributed to properly claim the gift.

This activity aims to share joy and support the education of our youth during this meaningful season. All beneficiaries are kindly requested to arrive on time and observe proper order throughout the program.
Let us celebrate Christmas together with generosity and hope.

📢 OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT❗

EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

The Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Officials of Barangay Pagatpatan hereby announce the availability of Educational Assistance for qualified Grade 12 and College students who are bonafide residents of Pagatpatan, Bato, Camarines Sur.

This Educational Assistance Program is an initiative of the SK Officials of Pagatpatan, aimed at providing financial support to deserving students to help them with their educational needs.

📅 DATE OF SUBMISSION OF REQUIREMENTS

All required documents must be submitted on or before December 19. Late submissions will not be accepted.

📍 PLACE OF SUBMISSION

All requirements shall be submitted to SK Secretary Merchie Laganzon. Applicants may submit their documents at her residence in Zone 1 or directly to her at the school, depending on availability.

📄 REQUIRED DOCUMENTS (2 copies each)

Applicants must submit complete requirements upon application:

• Enrollment Form / Matriculation Form (AUNTHENTICATED)
• School Identification (ID)
• Barangay Certificate (Proof of Residency)

🎓 NUMBER OF SLOTS AVAILABLE

Please be informed that the Educational Assistance is offered on a limited-slot basis only, as follows:

• Fifty (50) slots for Grade 12 students
• Fifty (50) slots for College students

⚠️ IMPORTANT REMINDERS

• Incomplete requirements will NOT be accepted. • Distribution of slots shall be on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Only the first 50 applicants per category (Grade 12 and College) who successfully submit complete requirements shall be eligible to receive the Educational Assistance.
• Submission of documents does not automatically guarantee assistance unless all requirements are complete and slots are still available.

Qualified students are strongly encouraged to submit their requirements early to secure a slot.

For further information and clarification, please coordinate with the SK Officials of Barangay Pagatpatan.
