Good day, everyone!
Starting April 6, 2026, the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Catanduanes is officially implementing a NEW APPOINTMENT SYSTEM for requesting civil registry documents such as Birth, Marriage, and Death Certificates.
🔔 NO APPOINTMENT = NO ENTRY
Walk-in applicants will no longer be accommodated in PSA outlets.
📌 HOW TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT (PSA):
1️⃣ Visit the official PSA appointment website:
👉 https://appointment.psa.gov.ph
2️⃣ Choose the type of document you need (Birth, Marriage, Death, or CENOMAR)
3️⃣ Fill out the required personal information accurately
4️⃣ Review your details and confirm your appointment
5️⃣ Save or screenshot your Appointment Slip
📌 ON THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT:
✔️ Arrive at least 30 minutes before your schedule
✔️ Present your appointment slip (printed or digital)
✔️ Bring at least one valid ID
📌 IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
• Those who have National ID still need to book an appointment
• Booking an appointment online is FREE
• Confirmed appointment is non-transferable
• The name of the client transacting should reflect on the slip.
📌 ALTERNATIVE OPTION: BREQS (Batch Request Query System)
For those who may have difficulty accessing the online system, you may request PSA documents through the BREQS available at any BREQS-accredited partner, including the Local Civil Registrar’s Office, Bato, Catanduanes.

📥 Cut-off of Requests: Every Wednesday, 10:00 AM
📤 Release of Documents: Every Monday (following week)
📌 BREQS REMINDERS:
• Bring a valid ID
• Provide complete and accurate document details
• Representatives must present an authorization letter and valid IDs
