The 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘀 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 recognizes the efforts of the 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗴𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗮𝗻 (𝗦𝗞) 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗞𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗽𝘂𝗻𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗮𝗻 (𝗞𝗞) 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 in the preparation and submission of their 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝗹𝘆 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 for April 2026.
The Monthly Accomplishment Report (MAR) highlights the various programs, projects, and activities accomplished by the SK during the month. These initiatives reflect the active participation of the youth across the 10 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, which include areas such as governance, active citizenship, education, health, environment, social inclusion, peace-building, agriculture, global mobility, and economic empowerment.
More than a documentation requirement, the MAR serves as a powerful record of how young people contribute to the development of their communities. It showcases how SK officials and KK members translate plans into action—mobilizing the youth sector to address local concerns, promote civic engagement, and implement meaningful initiatives at the barangay level.
Through these accomplishments, the youth continue to prove that they are not only leaders of tomorrow but partners of today in Nation-Building. Each project implemented, each activity conducted, and each program completed represents the commitment of the youth to help build a more progressive, inclusive, and empowered Batangas City.
The Batangas City LYDO commends the dedication and leadership of our SK officials and KK members who continuously work hand-in-hand to strengthen youth participation and community development.

𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗟𝗜𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘 | APRIL 2026 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝗹𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀

The 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘀 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 (𝗟𝗬𝗗𝗢) acknowledges the 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗴𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗮𝗻 (𝗦𝗞) officials who have complied with the submission of their Monthly Reports for April 2026, which include the following required documents:

These reports serve as official documentation of SK meetings, decisions, and activities, ensuring transparency, accountability, and proper record-keeping in the implementation of youth programs at the barangay level.

𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 of these requirements is essential as it allows the LYDO and the Batangas City Youth Development Council to effectively monitor, document, and support the initiatives of the Sangguniang Kabataan across the city. Compliance with reporting requirements also reflects the commitment of SK officials to good governance and responsible leadership for the youth sector.

This requirement is anchored on the mandate of the 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗗𝗜𝗟𝗚) 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗰𝘁 𝗡𝗼. 10742 𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗴𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗔𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗳 2015, which emphasize proper documentation, transparency, and accountability in the conduct of SK meetings and operations.

The Batangas City LYDO encourages all SK officials to continue practicing timely and complete submission of reports as part of strengthening youth governance and ensuring that every program and decision made for the youth is properly recorded and recognized.

🌿 𝗞𝗔𝗦𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗚𝗔𝗡: 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱 🌿

Last May 26, 2026, youth leaders and advocates from various local government units within the 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱 gathered at JET Hotel, Lipa City, Batangas for the 𝗞𝗔𝗦𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗚𝗔𝗡: 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱 spearheaded by 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 in partnership with DENR-CENRO Lipa.

The summit served as a meaningful platform to strengthen the understanding of environmental governance among young leaders and encourage the development of practical, youth-led initiatives for the protection and sustainable management of the Calumpang River Watershed. It also highlighted the vital role of the youth in institutionalizing environmental actions within local governance systems.

Ipinapaalam po namin na ang nakatakdang iskedyul ng TULI bukas ay hindi po matutuloy dahil sa hindi inaasahang kawalan ng available na surgeon sa Golden Gate sa nasabing petsa.

Dahil dito, kinakailangang i-reschedule ang aktibidad upang matiyak ang kaligtasan at maayos na pagsasagawa ng procedure para sa lahat ng participants.

Ang bagong iskedyul po ay sa Mayo 20, at ito ay gaganapin sa Nazareth Hospital. Pinapayuhan po ang lahat na makipag-ugnayan o maghintay ng karagdagang anunsyo para sa mga detalye tulad ng oras at iba pang kinakailangang dalhin o ihanda.
