EL PASUBAT Festival is celebrated yearly to commemorate the foundation day of the town, Taal. In celebrating such, the primary goal is to promote the town, its heritage, culture and products, thus realizing its objective of making the town known to our neighboring towns and countries abroad. Adding to this is to generate an increase in tourist arrivals, both local and foreign. The grandeur of Taal, the Taaleños’ love and concern for the town’s heritage and culture is seen in this celebration.
