𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭

The Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Councilors stand with our commitment to 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆, 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 in every program, project, and activity carried out under the mandate entrusted to us by the youth and the community.

In the interest of truth and public awareness, we wish to clarify that the 𝗦𝗞 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝗻𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲, 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 in the distribution conducted at Balete Integrated School (BIS) and the subsequent house-to-house distribution. These activities were carried out 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 with the members of the SK Council by the SK Chairperson.

Likewise, the SK Councilors have 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗳𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗦𝗞𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺. To this day, the Council has no knowledge of who received the assistance because no official information has been shared despite 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘂𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀, leaving us unable to properly perform our legislative and oversight responsibilities.

For weeks, the Council has consistently sought clarification through our official group communication regarding the status of the program, the identity of the newly designated SK Treasurer, and matters concerning the disbursement of funds. Unfortunately, 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝗻𝗮𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱. Despite our proactive efforts to obtain official information, no formal response or update has been provided to the Council.

Furthermore, based on the official records available to the Council, the 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘆𝗲𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗯𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗱 through the prescribed legal process. As such, the Council has no knowledge of the source of the funds used in the distribution that took place.

The reason the Council has not proceeded with the lawful disbursement of funds is straightforward: the 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗙𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗕𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘆𝗲𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱, a legal prerequisite before the SK Treasurer may validly perform disbursement functions. The responsibility for facilitating this process rests with the 𝗦𝗞 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗞 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗿. The Council has no knowledge as to why does the SK Chairperson and the SK Treasurer is not yet bonded.

𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 is built on collective leadership, not unilateral action.

𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 requires communication.

𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 requires due process.

𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 requires that public funds be managed in accordance with the law - not according to individual preference.

This statement is 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐊 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐬. Rather, it is issued because the 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘁𝗵. They deserve leaders who communicate openly, act lawfully, and remain accountable to the people they have sworn to serve.

The SK Councilors stand with the youth - not in protecting personalities, but in 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁. We remain committed to advancing a leadership founded on truth, transparency, accountability, and genuine public service.

📢 ANUNSYO PARA SA MGA KK ID RECIPIENTS

Magandang araw!

Ipinababatid po ng Sangguniang Kabataan ng Balete na pansamantala munang ipagpapaliban ang pamamahagi ng KK Identification Card.

Ito po ay dahil marami sa mga nakuhang lagda (signature) ang hindi sapat ang linaw o kalidad upang magamit sa pag-print ng inyong physical ID. Bilang resulta, kinakailangan muna itong maitama bago maiproseso ang mga ID.

Humihingi po kami ng inyong pang-unawa at pasensya habang inaayos namin ang prosesong ito upang matiyak ang maayos na kalidad ng inyong KK ID.

Tomorrow’s the Balete Youth’s Data Collection Day! We encourage all youth aged 15–30 to participate in the Katipunan ng Kabataan (KK) ID registration.

𝘉𝘦 𝘢𝘯 𝘐𝘯𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘦𝘥, 𝘐𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘧𝘪𝘦𝘥 & 𝘐𝘯𝘷𝘰𝘭𝘷𝘦𝘥 𝘉𝘢𝘭𝘦𝘵𝘦ñ𝘪𝘢𝘯.

Sa pagtatapos ng buwan ng Mayo, muli nating gugunitain ang isang tradisyong hindi lamang nakaugat sa kultura, kundi higit sa lahat ay sa pananampalataya at debosyon sa Mahal na Birheng Maria.

Ngayong darating na 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼 30, 2026 sa ganap na 5:00 ng hapon, sama-samang isasagawa ng SAKTO – Balete ang 𝐓𝐚𝐩𝐮𝐬𝐚𝐧 𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐃𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐨 2026 bilang pagpupugay sa Ina ng Diyos — ang huwaran ng kababaang-loob, pag-ibig, at matatag na pananampalataya.

Sa bawat bulaklak na iaalay, tangan natin ang mga panalanging hindi man mabigkas ay taos-pusong inihahandog. Sa bawat kandilang sisindihan, dala natin ang pag-asang patuloy na gumagabay sa ating pamayanan. At sa bawat hakbang ng prusisyon, muli nating inaalala ang pagmamahal ng isang Inang hindi nagsasawang umakay sa atin palapit sa Diyos.

Kasama ang ating mga Reyna, mga anghel, at mga mamamayan mula sa iba’t ibang sitio ng Barangay Balete ay kasama sa prusisyon, na mula sa boundary sa Sitio 1 hanggang boundary sa Sitio 4-5, na nawa’y maging paalala ang pagdiriwang na ito na sa gitna ng pagbabago ng panahon, nananatiling buhay ang ating pananampalataya at debosyon kay Maria.

Sa ating pag-aalay ng mga bulaklak, nawa’y maialay rin natin ang dalisay na puso, matibay na pananampalataya, at pagkakaisang nagbubuklod sa ating komunidad.
