LOOK: Division Checking of Forms at San Juan East Sub-Office successfully conducted.
The checking of school forms is essential to ensure accuracy, accountability, and quality in school records. It helps verify that all student information—such as grades, attendance, and personal details—is correctly recorded and consistent across documents.
This process promotes transparency and integrity in school operations, preventing errors that could affect students’ academic standing or future opportunities. It also ensures compliance with educational standards and policies set by authorities.
The Division Checking of Forms was successfully conducted yesterday, March 25, at the San Juan East Sub-Office. The activity was carried out in a systematic manner under the leadership of the dedicated PSDS, Ms. Ellienor D. Peña, together with the School Heads from both elementary and secondary levels.
In the presence of the diligent SDO representatives, Emerson B. Dalangin and Anabel E. Magalona, the selection of classes to be included in the checking was conducted. Teachers felt a mix of excitement and nervousness during the drawing of lots.
Following the opening program and a brief orientation, the checking of forms immediately commenced in their respective designated venues. The monitoring representatives and the PSDS actively visited different areas to ensure the smooth and successful implementation of the activity.
Despite the teachers’ busy schedule during the checking process, their faces reflected a sense of relief. For many of them, the checking of forms also signified the beginning of a well-deserved rest from their school-related responsibilities.
Kudos to all teachers! Once again, you have demonstrated your commitment and dedication this School Year 2025–2026—not only in teaching but also in the careful preparation of important school records that will serve your students in their future.
