What: KAPAWA SA BANWA 2025 CHRISTMAS BAZAAR AND NIGHT MARKET
When: December 5, 2025 โ January 2, 2026
Where: Batad Public Plaza
Details:
Night Market: Open daily throughout the celebration
Night Bazaar: Open every Friday only (preferably for non-food items)
Mechanics
- Weโre welcoming only 6 food merchants and limited Night Bazaar exhibitors, chosen strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Secure your slot with a โฑ2,000 fee (to cover electrical setup and miscellaneous expenses). The earlier you register and pay, the better your stall location.
- Preference will be given to those with a valid business permit, but non-permitted applicants may fill any remaining slots.
- All merchants must present a sanitary permit and health certificates for all members.
- Stall capacity is limited to 5 registered occupants only.
- Wear your IDs and health cards at all times.
- Bring your own tables and chairs; storage is your responsibility.
- The LGU provides lighting โ all other materials are to be supplied by the merchant.
- No single-use plastics! Use reusable or biodegradable containers. Violators will be cited.
- Provide your own waste bins and practice proper waste segregation โ daily inspections will be conducted.
- Follow all fire safety protocols and have fire extinguishers on site.
- Use round-tip skewers, or cut sharp tips before serving.
- Observe all LGU ordinances including the prohibition on smoking and selling alcohol to minors.
