From February 16 to 20, 2026, all Child Development Centers in Batac City participated in a week-long Lakbay Bulilit at the dinosaur island, Vigan City Museum and Baluarte Zoo at Vigan City, Ilocos Sur. The event brought together young learners from across the city to explore interactive prehistoric exhibits and observe diverse wildlife species. Designed to foster curiosity about natural history and wildlife conservation, the outing provided engaging, hands-on learning experiences about community places that connected classroom lessons to real-world discoveries for every child involved.

The children thoroughly enjoyed every moment of the activity, and we extend our deepest gratitude to our dear Mayor Markee R. Chua for granting permission and supporting this meaningful initiative for our city's young ones.

Empowerment and Reaffirmation of Paternal Abilities Training (ERPAT) is a program that focuses on developing and enriching the knowledge, attitudes, and skills of fathers in carrying out their family roles and duties. It involves conducting community-based sessions for fathers and organizing father leaders and volunteers in communities.

This quarter, we completed Module VI: Fathers as Advocates in the Prevention of Family Violence. Our resource speaker was PCPT. Angelyn C. Aguinaldo, Women and Children Desk Officer of PNP - City of Batac, a distinguished expert in Family Violence.

ALAM N'YO BA?
