The City of Batac Deaf Association, in partnership with the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO)headed by Marneli P. Sabas and the Persons with Disability Affairs Office (PDAO) Focal Person Maria Bernadeth Ramel Salamiao , proudly participated alongside the Ilocos Norte Province Association of the Deaf, Inc. and Provincial PDAO officer Carolyn Cabias Domingo in the 10th Northern Luzon Cluster Deaf Sports Competition held in Baguio City.

We are honored to recognize the exemplary performance and achievements of our athletes:

Women’s Volleyball Team – 3rd Runner Up

Men’s Volleyball Team – 2nd Runner Up

Their dedication, sportsmanship, and commitment have brought pride and recognition to the Provincial Government of Ilocos Norte and City of Batac.

PWD SOCIAL PENSION DISTRIBUTION – 3rd QUARTER 2025

👥 1,000 Beneficiaries Served

The City Government of Batac, through the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) headed by MS. MARNELI P. SABAS and PERSONS WITH DISABILITY AFFAIRS OFFICE - MS. MARIA BERNADETH R. SALAMITAO PDAO/PWD FOCAL successfully facilitated the distribution of the 3rd Quarter PWD Social Pension, benefiting 1,000 qualified PWD pensioners across the city.

We extend our gratitude to Hon. Mayor MARK CHRISTIAN "MARKEE" R. CHUA, HON. VICE MAYOR ALBERT D. CHUA , and members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod for their continued support to programs promoting the welfare and rights of the Persons with Disabilities..
