📢 ROAD CLOSURE ADVISORY 📢

The Public Safety, Information and Assistance Division (PSIAD) of the City Government of Batac informs the public of a temporary road closure along the portion in front of the Daytoy ti Bannawag Monument to give way to the preparations and related activities for the Marcos 109 Celebration.

📍 AFFECTED AREA: In front of the Daytoy ti Bannawag Monument

🚧 TRAFFIC ADVISORY 🚧

The ICC Front Activity Center will remain accessible during the implementation of the road closure.

However, motorists are advised to observe the following traffic arrangements:

🔹 Vehicles proceeding to Washington St.
Vehicles heading toward Washington St are advised to take the detour through the Immaculate Conception Parish parking area to bypass the affected portion.

🔹 Buses and Trucks
Due to their size and to ensure the safe and orderly movement of traffic, buses and trucks are advised to follow this designated route:

➡️ Turn LEFT toward Eureka Avenue
➡️ Turn RIGHT toward Dewey Street
➡️ Turn LEFT at Ricarte Outpost

Motorists are advised to plan their routes accordingly, exercise caution, observe traffic signs and directional markers, and strictly follow the instructions of traffic personnel deployed in the area.

The public is encouraged to allow additional travel time and to avoid the affected area whenever possible.

We sincerely ask for everyone's patience, cooperation, and understanding as these temporary traffic measures are implemented to facilitate the safe and orderly preparations for the Marcos 109 Celebration.

The City Government of Batac is conducting FREE profiling and registration of residents in preparation for the launch of the GCash CITYzen’s ID.

The GCash CITYzen’s ID is a digital identification system that will give residents easier access to City Government programs, services, and assistance. It will also be linked with GCash to ensure more convenient and secure delivery of benefits and financial aid.
