ABYIP 2025 M&E Submission on SK Web Portal Update

Here is the status of submission on the SK Web Portal for the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) of the ABYIP 2025 of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Basud,Camarines Norte.

This initiative aims to monitor compliance, strengthen transparency, and ensure that youth programs and projects in every barangay are properly documented and evaluated.

SKs who have not yet submitted are highly encouraged to complete and upload their reports.

Sangguniang Kabataan CBYDP,ABYIP and SK Annual Budget Compliance Monitoring Report 2026

In accordance with Republic Act No. 10742 (SK Reform Act of 2015), all Sangguniang Kabataan are mandated to prepare and submit their Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan (CBYDP), Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program (ABYIP), and SK Annual Budget.

As part of our monitoring, this post reflects the current compliance status of barangays in relation to the submission of these required documents.

The CBYDP, ABYIP, and Annual Budget serve as the official foundation for youth planning, resource allocation, and implementation of programs at the barangay level. Ensuring timely submission and compliance promotes transparency, accountability, and effective youth governance.

"so please for all youths, specially to our beneficiaries your attendance is needed"

IF EVER MAY ASK KA BES!

FERSON: pano pag ang beneficiary are not available in time ng pag release⁉️
(valid reasons na allowed ay may schedule sa school or may pasok)

SK's: mag-papa allowed po kami na pwede ma-claim if merong AUTHORIZE PERSON who can claim in the day of PAYOUT, then NEED po namin ng authorization letter na gawa ng beneficiary na kung saan naka INDICATE ang mga sumusunod:
1. Kung bakit di makaka attend? (invalid reason is not allowed)
2. Naka saad din na inoauthoratize ng beneficiary ang kanyang authorize ferson na ma claim ang educ assistance nya.
3. Essay format whether it is printed or hand writing.
4. At syempre don't forget na permahan ng beneficiary sa huli or signature over printed name para sa PAGPAPATUNAY na naauthorities ito.
5. And lastly please bring any valid I'ds sa person na inoauthoratize or sa mag keclaim ng benefits for beneficiary.

FERSON: Pano po pag hindi makaka attend or walang authorize person who can claim?

Sk's: And sagot po ng SK ay HINDI PO ATE. di po pwede iyun, "kung may wants may paaran, if ayaw more more reasons". bahala ka ti if you don't want. It's up to you, and we don't tolerate that inappropriate things. Thank you!
