The search, inventory, and marking of the confiscated items were witnessed by a representative from the Bureau of Customs and a barangay official of Barangay Daguan, ensuring compliance with established legal procedures.
The arrested suspect was informed of his constitutional rights and was brought to the Kapatagan Municipal Police Station together with the confiscated ci******es and the subject vehicle for documentation and proper disposition.
