On behalf of the 2,346 beneficiaries of the UPLIFT Program of Basay , the Local Government of Basay, led by Hon. Jonny A. Wagas, together with the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office, would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the DSWD NIR staff, DSWD Convergence staff, the office of Congressman Janice Degamo, and all behind-the-scenes personnel whose dedication and hard work ensured the success of the two-day 2nd Tranche Manual UPLIFT payout. Your collective efforts, coordination, and commitment to service have made a significant positive impact on the lives of our constituents. To ensure no one is left behind, DSWD NIR staff personally delivered UPLift cash assistance to a beneficiary from Bal-os who was unable to claim it due to health issues.
