ONE DAY. ONE HEART. ONE BIG CELEBRATION!

From the motorcade and ceremonial turn-over to the grand 80th Foundation Day Celebration, exciting Hinampang 2026 Opening Program and vibrant Elemental Acquaintance Party—September 2 was truly a FULL-PACKED DAY of milestones, memories, camaraderie, and celebration!

The celebration was graced by HON. BINKY APRIL M. TUPAS, Congresswoman of the 5th District of Iloilo, represented by Former Congressman HON. RAUL “BOBOY” C. TUPAS, together with HON. NIELO “BONGBONG” C. TUPAS, Municipal Mayor of Barotac Viejo, HON. NIELIETO “DOC DARL” C. TUPAS, Board Member, 5th District of Iloilo, and Vice Mayor VIVIAN BUENAVISTA & SB Members. Also NISU University President DR. RAFFY B. CHAVEZ, was represented by DR. MYLENE ESTEBAL. Their presence and support added meaning and distinction to this milestone celebration.

Joining us were the NISU Key Officials and representatives from the different NISU campuses, our partner agencies, benefactors, PTSA, Alumni, Retirees, faculty, staff, students, and the entire NISU in Barotac Viejo community—coming together in the spirit of unity and shared pride.
