โ€ŽThe 858th NROTCU conducted its 3rd Saturday instruction on August 22, 2026.
โ€Ž
โ€ŽThe morning commenced with the entrance of colors and a standard mustering of all cadets. Following the assembly, different platoons were assigned to various areas for cleanup and maintenance to promote order and teamwork. The core of the training featured a detailed lecture on the interior guard system and military courtesy, equipping cadets with essential knowledge on discipline, watchfulness, and proper conduct in the service.

โ€ŽIn conclusion, today's training successfully reinforced the core values of teamwork and discipline, leaving our cadets better prepared and more inspired for future duties.

The ISUFST 858th NROTCU Officers. proudly rendered the Service of Colors during the opening of the 1st Regional Assembly of Education Leaders (RAEL) hosted by the Department of Education Western Visayas (DepEd-6) at Iloilo City, running from August 18โ€“20.
Bringing together educational leaders, policymakers, and governance experts from across Western Visayas, the three-day assembly aims to strengthen leadership, governance, and innovation in basic education.

โ€ŽThe 858th NROTC Unit successfully held its 2nd Saturday instruction at the ISUFST Main Campus Tiwi-Site. The morning started with a solemn entrance of colors, where everyone proudly honored the Philippine flag. Afterward, the upperclassmen guided the MS1 cadets through basic closed drill movements, teaching them proper posture, alignment, and teamwork. The training continued with informative lectures for the MS1 cadets, focusing on the history of the AFP Organization and its important legal bases.

โ€Žโ€‹In another area, our aspiring officers gathered to take their promotion exams with strong focus and serious determination. Pushing through the pressure, each candidate carefully answered every question and showed great readiness to take on future leadership roles.

โ€ŽOverall, the day was a true success. It showed the discipline, hard work, and commitment of everyone in the unit, proving that our cadets are always ready to learn and lead.
