To everyone who supported my candidacy despite our limited resources —thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Your belief in me, your votes, and your encouragement meant more than words can express.

I am especially grateful to the people of Barangay Ilaya and Barangay Lico-an for your overwhelming support.

People of Barangay Tabucan, Lagubang, Tabuc Suba, Ilaud, Cabilauan and Cruz. Not to mention Barangays that were threatened not to receive any help if they will not go for 8-0.

I understand where you're coming from.

We live in a time where true capability and leadership often take a backseat to favors and envelopes. It's disheartening to see that votes can be bought, and that many of us are deprived of the freedom to choose the leaders we truly believe in because of poverty. This culture doesn’t uplift our communities—it enslaves them.

Still, I am proud to have run with integrity. And I am proud to have had supporters like you—people who chose principle over price. Your trust gives me strength and hope.

Let’s keep working together for a future where leadership is earned, not bought.

Residents of different towns in the Fourth District of Iloilo province were delighted by the effort of Congressman Raul "Boboy" Tupas to personally visit them and listen to their concerns.

During his visit to Anilao, Tupas received a warm reception from the town's residents. He said he was grateful and touched by their outpouring love and support for his vice gubernatorial bid.

According to the veteran lawmaker, the positive response given by the public is a big thing for him as this inspires him to do better as a public servant despite the noise of politics.

In Dumangas and Barotac Nuevo, Tupas was welcomed by thousands of residents during his campaign sorties with former Police Major Charlie Sustento, who is running for congressman of the Fourth District.

Earlier this week, the congressman from the Fifth District visited Banate, Di**le and San Enrique where he had conversations with markets vendors and buyers. He said it is very important to interact with them to know and understand their sentiments.

Though his visits were short, Tupas described them as very productive. He was very thankful to the people of the Fourth District for their words of support and encouragement.
