• Latin Honors Graduates 2025
• Board Exam Passers 2025
• SHS Academic Achievers S.Y. 2024-2025
• District, Municipal Meet Participants AY 2025-2026

This is our heartfelt way of celebrating your dedication, excellence, and the honor you’ve brought to your school and to our community. Your achievements shine even brighter during this season of celebration!

- School ID with the validation of the required School Year
- Proof of Medal/Certificate stating the name of the awardee, the level of the award, and graduated in the School Year 2024 - 2025

📌Board Passer:
- Barangay Residency signed by our Punong Barangay
- Alumni ID or Any Valid ID
- Proof of/or Certificate stating the name of the awardee who passed the Board Exam, Year 2025
