🎉 CENTENARIAN PAYOUT DISTRIBUTION FOR OUR BELOVED ELDERS 🎉

On behalf of Mayor Cynthia Falcotelo-Fortes, Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) Head Ariane Sergio Guardiano delivered a message of support during the distribution of the Provincial Government's Centenarian Payout at the OSCA Office.

A total of 13 senior citizen beneficiaries—aged 80, 85, 90, and 95—received their cash incentives. The local government unit remains fully committed to supporting and assisting our elders as they enjoy government perks.

LGU Barcelona, through Municipal Accountant Sir Gener Lagata, received the two awards from the Philippine Association of Local Government Accountants:

1) For attaining an UNMODIFIED COA Audit Opinion on the 2024 Financial Statements which is an exceptional mark of transparency, accountability & financial stewardship.

2) For being a recipient of the Seal of Good Local Governance for CY 2024.

This is a reflection of the collective & collaborative hard work of the entire LGU workforce especially the Municipal Accounting Office, fueled by the high trust level of Barcelonanons.

These prestigious awards inspire us more to LEAD with integrity, GROW in service, and EXCEL in local governance!
