Barbaza NHS located along the national highway in the central part of Antique. It is two (2) kilometers away from the town proper, sixty seven (67) kilometers more or less from the capital town of Antique, where the Division Office is, and one hundred sixty five (165) kilometers more or less away from Iloilo City, the Regional Center (Western Visayas. While the eastern part of the site is the nati
onal road, a creek separating the school site from the seashore in the western part of which during high tides in rainy seasons caused flooding of the school grounds. Barbaza National High School, with its quest to provide quality education and lifelong learning to the youth in Barbaza fully implement the Basic Education Curriculum (BEC) as mandated by RA 9915 otherwise known as the Governance of Basic Education Act of 2001.
