DAR-ISEDI ADDU Coordination Meeting

Parcelization Coordinator of the Provincial Project Management Office (PPMO) of Project SPLIT in Ilocos Sur meets with the representatives of the Institute for Socio-Economic Development Initiatives of Ateneo de Davao University (ISEDI-ADDU), headed by Ms. Maria Theresa Mates, regarding the Project SPLIT baseline study in Ilocos Sur, on August 16,2024 at DAR Provincial Office.

Said meeting was conducted before the baseline study on the ground. Results of the baseline survey will provide the management inputs for improvement on the project's implementation, and later on, for evaluation on the impact of the project to the beneficiaries.

Employees' Day

To put a twist and more fun to the usual celebration of Employees' Day in DAR Ilocos Sur, a very simple yet hard-to-decide on attire, a Polka Dots & Stripes outfit was decided for the gala night.

PARPO Vic Ines together with the Division Chiefs and their staff were made to "rampa" their outfit, not knowing that prizes were at stake.

DAR Ilocos Sur Holds Catch-up Planning for the 2nd Semester CY2024 and Team Building/Employees' Day

One of the highlights of the two-day activities is the recognition of employees who have rendered years of service in the government, much more for their dedication and contributions for the betterment on the lives of the agrarian reform beneficiaries. They were honored on this Employees' Day celebration at Fort Ilocandia Resort Hotel in Ilocos Norte.

PARPO Vic M. Ines, together with Chief Admin Officer, Ma. Victoria L. Castañeda, Chief Legal Services Division, Atty. Maria Trinidad A. Unciano and CARPO PBDD, Gloria M. Bautista, handed the Certificates to the honorees.

DAR Ilocos Sur Holds Catch-up Planning for the 2nd Semester CY2024 and Team Building/Employees' Day

The office took advantage of being already in Ilocos Norte and invited GSIS personnel for updates on its programs.

Learning session with Ms Jan Marie Casabay of GSIS Laoag Branch Office where employees received valuable information about the benefits and services available. Most were about the retirement package, especially with the different options an employee may avail, young or younger. (Claire & Mads)

DAR Ilocos Sur Holds Catch-up Planning for the 2nd Semester CY 2024 and Team Building/Employees' Day

The Department of Agrarian Reform Provincial Office of Ilocos Sur recently held a two-day Catch-up Planning and Team Building/Employees' Day on August 8-9, 2024 at Fort Ilocandia in Ilocos Norte. The event attended by the entire mangement and staff, was spearheaded by PARPO II Engr. Vic M. Ines.

The different sectors, AJDP, LTS and PBDD, reviewed their ongoing programs and projects and set their strategies to meet the remaining targets for the 2nd semester. During the session, PARPO Ines delivered an inspiring message, saying: "This activity serves as an incentive to everyone for a job well done for the 1st semester. We delivered well on our accomplishments while there are a lot of work again to be done in the succeeding days, we deserve this long awaited break to wind up and set aside our usual stressful environment." PBDD Personnel Attend Training of Trainers for Accredited Cooperaticve Training Providers

10 personnel of the Program Beneficiaries Development Division ( PBDD) of DAR Ilocos Sur recently attended the Training of Trainers for Accredited Cooperative Training Providers in San Juan, La Union on July 29 - August 2, 2024.

Said training is to enhance the capabilities and skills of the personnel to effectively train the cooperatives as per Cooperative Development Authority (CDA)'s guidelines.

BABALA SA PUBLIKO: LALAKI NA NAGPAPANGGAP NA OPISYAL NG DAR

May natanggap na tawag ang DAR Pangasinan mula sa isang concerned citizen na mayroon umanong isang lalaki na nagpapanggap na Director IV ng Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR). Ginagamit ng tao na ito ang pangalan ng DAR upang mag-massive hiring ng mga empleyado para sa DAR Provincial Office. Kapalit ng alok na trabaho ay sinisingil nito ng ₱6,200.00 na medical fee ang bawat aplikante.

Nais namin na ipaalam sa publiko na tanging sa OFFICIAL FACEBOOK PAGE at CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION website lamang nagkakaroon ng hiring ang DAR. Wala ring nagaganap na massive hiring ngayon sa DAR Pangasinan. Sa lahat ng pagkakataon ay hindi naniningil ang opisina ng medical fee o anomang babayarin sa mga aplikante nito.

Inaanyayahan namin ang sino mang naka-transact ang nasabing POSER na mag-sumbong agad sa mga awtoridad.
