The Provincial Government of Ilocos Norte encourages all real property owners to avail of the Tax Amnesty on Real Property Tax (Amilyar) under Republic Act No. 12001, the Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act.

Settle unpaid real property taxes on or before July 5, 2026, to avail of the amnesty and avoid penalties, surcharges, and interest.

This successful initiative was made possible through the unwavering support and vision of our Municipal Mayor, 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗹𝘆𝗻 𝗖. 𝗔𝗯𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮, whose commitment to empowering the youth and promoting arts and culture continues to create opportunities for learning, self-expression, and community engagement.

The Municipality of Banna, Ilocos Norte proudly stood among the nation’s key advocates for women’s health as our Municipal Mayor, Hon. Mary Chrislyn C. Abadilla, was invited as a panelist during the “Together for Health: A Media Forum in Commemoration of Cervical Cancer Awareness Month” held at Makati Shangri-La Hotel.

Mayor Abadilla joined multi-sectoral leaders and health advocates in discussing “The Road to Cervical Cancer Elimination: Current Efforts in Vaccination, Screening, and Treatment,” where she highlighted the Municipality’s continuing commitment through the 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗮 𝗦.𝗛.𝗜.𝗘.𝗟.𝗗. 𝗔𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿 Program — a local initiative that champions HPV immunization, awareness, prevention, and protection for every Bannaian woman and child.

This recognition reflects how the Municipality of Banna continues to rise as a model of proactive and people-centered leadership in public health. More than an invitation, this is a testament that the efforts of our local government are being recognized on a national platform — proving that even a growing municipality can create meaningful impact in the fight against cervical cancer.

The Second Batch of the Municipal Youth Camp is officially underway, bringing together young people from different church communities across Banna for two meaningful days filled with learning, teamwork, friendship, and faith. 💚

With the theme, “Create, Discover, Connect: Building a Resilient Future Anchored in Faith and Filipino Values,” the camp continues to create a space where the youth can grow, connect, and inspire one another through shared experiences and unforgettable moments.

This initiative is made possible through the continued support of Municipal Vice Mayor Hon. Carlito A. Abadilla II and Municipal Mayor Hon. Mary Chrislyn C. Abadilla in empowering the youth of Banna.

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | The Municipality of Banna successfully conducted the Banna Summer Health Caravan 2026 – Operation Tuli Yesterday, May 19, 2026 at the Banna Municipal Health Office. 💙

With the collective efforts of our healthcare workers, volunteers, and LGU personnel, many young beneficiaries were able to receive free and safe circumcision services in a caring and organized environment. 🩺👏

To make the experience more fun and memorable for the children, the LGU also prepared special treats and enjoyable activities that brought smiles, excitement, and comfort throughout the day. 🍔🎈😊

This successful activity would not have been possible without the dedication and hard work of the Municipal Health Office of Banna, headed with the strong support of our beloved Municipal Mayor, Dr. Mary Chrislyn C. Abadilla, whose commitment to the health and well-being of every Bannatirans continues to inspire meaningful public service.
