I ask for your kind understanding regarding the official guidelines governing the Rice Distribution Program.

Beneficiary status is not automatic by virtue of belonging to a specific group or sector.

Selection is determined strictly in accordance with established criteria, genuine level of need, and overall socioeconomic standing.

As a general rule, priority is accorded to low-income, indigent, near-poor, and vulnerable families requiring food assistance. Available allocations and validated records are carefully reviewed to ensure that support reaches those who require it most urgently.

Whenever resources do not permit universal distribution, precedence is given entirely to those in great need.

Consequently, membership within a particular group, including solo parents, does not guarantee automatic inclusion.

Participation remains subject to formal eligibility, assessment, validation, and the allocation itself.

Should you have any enquiries regarding validation or the program itself, you are invited to present them directly to our DSWD office.

LGU Banna’s Operations Center and Health Office will remain on duty to render vital services.

During the rainy season, rain fills old tires, flowerpots, and buckets - the perfect places for mosquitoes to lay eggs. Kaya ugaliin pong icheck ang mga containers sa labas at loob ng bahay. Kung may standing water o stagnant water, itaob po ito. Pests like Aedes aegypti spread illnesses such as dengue more actively during wet months.

Considering the downpour we have had the past few days and more Low Pressure Areas coming our way, we need to ensure our safety. The rainy season can bring a lot of good because we had a long dry season but as with any kind of weather, it also brings potential problems.
