First Monday of the Month Flag-Raising Ceremony | June 1

The Municipality of Bangued joined the Provincial Government of Abra, together with various national government agencies, in the First Monday of the Month Flag-Raising Ceremony. This gathering highlights the commitment of public servants to unity, collaboration, and excellence in delivering quality public service to the people of Abra.

The ceremony served as an opportunity to strengthen inter-agency partnerships, reaffirm dedication to good governance, and promote a shared vision of progress and development for the province and its communities.

Temporary Road Closure along Rizal St. Zone 7, Bangued, Abra (Abra-Kalinga Road) starting on May 2, 2026 (Saturday) due to the Repair of Zone 7 Bridge.

ONE-WAY STREET (STRICTLY NO ROADSIDE PARKING)
* Torrijos St. corner Taft St. to corner Rizal St.

TWO-WAY STREET (STRICTLY NO ROADSIDE PARKING)
* Magallanes St. corner Santiago St. to corner Taft St.

REROUTING
* For Buses and Trucks, take the road going to Emerald to Calaba to Washington St., left to Santiago St., right to Magallanes St., left to Taft St. to Torrijos St. and vice versa.

* Rizal St. Zone 7 to Bacsil road going to Casamata Hill to Torrijos St. Zone 5

Alternate routes have been designated to help ease traffic flow. Please follow posted signs and traffic personnel for guidance.
