NOTICE TO SCHOOLS AND UNIVERSITIES OFFERING REAL ESTATE COURSES/PROGRAMS

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), through the Professional Regulatory Board (PRB) of Real Estate Service, announces that the Enhanced 2025 Table of Specifications (TOS) for Real Estate Consultants, Real Estate Appraisers, and Real Estate Brokers has been finalized as a result of rigorous consultations and deliberations with PRC Test Consultants.

Thus, in line with the Board’s commitment to stakeholder engagement, the PRB-Real Estate Service invites two (2) representatives from schools and universities to attend the scheduled consultative meeting on the updated TOS. The meeting details are as follows:

Date: June 17, 2025
Time: 9:00 am - 12:00 nn
Venue: SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia, Pasay City

The participants' input and expertise will be invaluable in aligning the school’s curriculum with the updated TOS, thus enhancing students’ preparedness for the concerned licensure examinations.

𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗿’𝘀 ‘𝗕𝗲𝗮𝘂𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀’ 𝘁𝗼𝗽𝘀 𝗜𝗦𝗣𝗦𝗖 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱

Grace, grit, and greatness—these are the words that best describe Kyla Mae Cacal Leonen, who has been named the top candidate for graduation from the Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (ISPSC) – Candon Campus Class of 2025, and the sole recipient of the academic distinction Cum Laude out of 226 graduates.

Kyla Mae, a proud resident of Rissing, Bangar, La Union, was born on October 15, 2002. She is the daughter of Juliet C. Leonen, an Overseas Filipino Worker, and Rodelio O. Leonen, a hardworking tricycle driver.

She began her academic journey at Oaqui Elementary School in Luna, La Union, and later graduated from the Regional Science High School for Region 1 in Bangar, La Union, a prestigious institution known for nurturing academically inclined students.

In college, she pursued Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management at ISPSC Candon. Throughout her studies, she remained consistently excellent not only in academics but in leadership and service as well.

Kyla Mae took part in training as an aspiring tourism professional. She completed Flight Attendant Training at the Golden Success Flight Attendant School in Manila and attended the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE) Training. These experiences strengthened her passion for hospitality and tourism.

She was also recognized as one of the Ilocos Sur Syglat Awardees as a Student Achiever.

But beyond her grades and awards, Kyla Mae captured the admiration of many for being a rare combination of beauty and brains.

While excelling in school, she also made her mark in pageantry. She was crowned Miss Intramurals ISPSC Candon 2023, and later placed as 2nd Runner-Up in Miss ISPSC-PASUC. She also earned the 1st Runner-Up titles in both Miss Darapidap 2024 and Miss Candon City 2024, and proudly holds the title of Mutia ti Abel Bangar 2024.

Whether preparing for competitions or final exams, she gave her best to both, proving that one can be confidently beautiful and academically brilliant at the same time.

Her dream is to work in the aviation industry. She hopes to become a flight attendant and and contribute her service to the airline sector. More than just a career, for Kyla Mae, it’s a way to represent the Filipino spirit of service to the world.

As the top graduate of ISPSC Candon Campus, Kyla Mae’s journey is a source of pride for Bangar, and an inspiration to many young girls who dare to dream big despite life's challenges. With both a sharp mind and a kind heart, she proves that success comes to those who work for it with elegance, humility, and vision.
