OFFICIAL STATEMENT

The Barangay Council and the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Council of Poblacion, Banga, Aklan hereby clarify that the streetlights located outside the premises of the Poblacion, Banga Subdivision do not fall under the jurisdiction of the Barangay and SK Council.

This clarification is in accordance with the existing agreement between the Barangay of Poblacion and the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Banga, Aklan, which stipulates that all streetlights situated beyond the boundaries of the Poblacion, Banga Subdivision are under the authority and management of the LGU Banga.

Accordingly, any concerns, maintenance requests, or issues related to these streetlights should be directed to the appropriate office of the LGU Banga.
