For the information of everyone, especially gid sa mga concerned citizens, coaches, players and commentators, regarding sa mga allegations ninyo sa pag "DRAW LOTS" since ka abo nga queries nga indi namon maisaisa it sabat.

AS FAR AS THE TECHNICAL COMMITTEE IS CONCERNED. LAHAT PO NG NAKAPASOK NA TEAMS SA SEMIS IS WELL INFORMED PO SA SCHEDULE OF DRAW LOTS AND NAINFORM DIN PO ANG MGA SK REPRESENTATIVE, AT LAHAT PO SILA AY PERSONALLY NA CHINAT TO ATTEND THE DRAW LOTS, NOW IF EVER NA HINDI MAKA ATTEND NI ISA SA MGA PLAYERS OR TEAM CAPTAIN OR COACH OR THE SK CHAIRPERSON ITSELF AUTOMATIC ANG NANDON ANG MAGBUBUNOT FOR THEM BUT THAT'S NOT THE CASE KASE ONLY 1 TEAM PO OUT OF 5 TEAMS ANG WALANG REPRESENTATIVE DURING THAT TIME SO KUNG ANO PO ANG BRACKET NA DI NABUNOT YUN ANG MAGIGING SLOT NILA. It was agreed that "Bracketing of Teams" will be applied as what was explained to the team captains during the drawing of lots.

This post intends to give clarification to the concerned teams.
