Posting subdivision lots for sale on Facebook or other platforms without a valid Certificate of Registration and License to Sell (CRLS) is illegal and punishable by law.

Likewise, publishing advertisements without prior approval from the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD), or without proper DHSUD registration as a licensed broker or accredited salesperson, constitutes a violation of existing regulations.

Furthermore, ONLY the duly authorized project developer and/or owner may issue or post official project announcements. DHSUD-registered brokers and salespersons cannot make and post ANNOUNCEMENTS.
