For the convenience of all prospective candidates, the new prescribed Certificate of Candidacy (COC) Forms for the 2026 Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) are now accessible through the QR Codes below. 📄📲

🔎 Important Reminder:
Please make sure that you are scanning the QR Code corresponding to the specific position you intend to run for—whether Punong Barangay, Sangguniang Barangay Member, SK Chairperson, or SK Member.

Please ensure that you use the correct and latest prescribed COC form for your intended position.

To all government offices, officials, and Human Resource Officers: take note of the important election ban periods in connection with the 𝐍𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐠𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐊𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐚𝐧 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 (𝐁𝐒𝐊𝐄).

Certain personnel actions involving the 𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 and 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐞𝐬, 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐬, 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞𝐬, and 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐞𝐫 or 𝐝𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥 of government personnel are 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗵𝗶𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 during specific periods—with some actions allowed only upon prior authority from the Commission on Elections.
