PSHS-NMC completes 2nd ISO 9001:2015 Surveillance Audit, recommended for Certificate Maintenance
The Philippine Science High School – Northern Mindanao Campus (PSHS-NMC), formerly known as Philippine Science High School – Central Mindanao Campus (PSHS-CMC), successfully underwent its 2nd ISO 9001:2015 Surveillance Audit, reaffirming the institution’s commitment to quality management, continuous improvement, and excellence in delivering its services.
The surveillance audit was conducted by the TÜV NORD auditors, namely Mr. John Cruz, Mr. Paul Subida, and Mr. John Paul Dela Cruz, who assessed the campus’ Quality Management System (QMS), processes, documentation, and implementation of established procedures in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Throughout the audit activities, the different process owners, offices, and units of PSHS-NMC demonstrated their commitment to maintaining effective processes, ensuring proper documentation, and continuously improving institutional operations.
After the comprehensive evaluation, the audit team issued a favorable decision, recommending PSHS-NMC for Certificate Maintenance.
This achievement reflects the collective efforts of the entire PSHS-NMC community in sustaining a culture of quality, accountability, and operational excellence.
The PSHS-NMC administration extends its appreciation to the TÜV NORD audit team for their professional assessment and valuable recommendations, as well as to all personnel who contributed to the successful conduct of this important institutional activity.
