Happy birthday to my love Mayor Candy A Unabia ❤️

From the moment I met you in College, I knew there was something extraordinary and special about you. Your kindness, your quiet strength, your heart for others — I saw all of it, and I knew I was looking at someone I could build a life with.

9 years in, and you still make me the happiest man in the world. I know you turned 31 today and keep saying you feel like a “Tita” na (lol), but I’ll never grow tired of you. Nope! You’re my favorite person.. my home, my peace, my constant.

Even though we’re not celebrating the whole day together (yet!), I hope you enjoy all the surprises I’ve planned for you today. You deserve to feel just as loved as you make everyone around you feel.

The end of an era. The start of a new chapter.

Today marks the official end of my term as Municipal Mayor of Balingoan. For 9 years, I have served with vision, heart, and unwavering commitment — always guided by my love for our people and our beloved lungsod.

From helping our town rise from a 5th Class to a 4th Class Municipality, to leading and completing over 100 projects in infrastructure, agriculture, education, health, and public safety — I look back with deep gratitude and pride in what we’ve built together.

To every Balingoanon who stood with me through the years — daghang salamat. Your trust and support made it all possible.

As I close this chapter, I do so with peace in my heart, knowing I gave my best. And as we welcome the new leadership, I pray we continue to walk in unity, in progress, and in service to one another.
