I'm proud to announce nga ang Balingoan nakadawat og official rating gikan sa DILG Region X, 99.00%, nga naghatag kanato og Highly Functional status sa atong Local Committee on Anti-Trafficking and Violence Against Women and Their Children (LCAT-VAWC).

Proof kini nga ang atong LGU seryoso sa pag-protect sa mga kababayen-an ug kabataan gikan sa trafficking ug violence, ug seryoso pud sa paghatag og serbisyo nga responsive ug protektado ang ilang rights.

Isip usa ka babaye nga Mayor, personal kaayo kini para nako. Nasayod ko unsa ka importante ang adunay gobyerno nga tinuod nga naminaw ug nagtabang sa mga kababayen-an ug bata nga nanginahanglan og proteksyon. Kining rating nagpamatuod nga ang Balingoan naa sa tama nga dalan.

Apan dili kini rason para mohunong. Padayon natong palig-onon ang atong mga programa ug serbisyo para sa mga kababayen-an ug kabataan sa Balingoan.

The Local Government Unit of Balingoan officially kicked off the celebration of Civil Service Month 2026 this September 1, 2026, with a 3KM Fun Run participated in by employees of the LGU Balingoan and personnel from various national government agencies.

The activity brought together public servants for a morning of fitness, camaraderie, unity, and positive energy. Beyond promoting a healthy and active lifestyle, the fun run provided an opportunity for government employees to connect, strengthen teamwork, and celebrate their shared dedication to serving the community.

With every kilometer completed, participants demonstrated that public service is not only about the work we do inside our offices, but also about building a stronger, healthier, and more united workforce. The event reminded everyone that when government employees move forward together, they can create a greater impact in the communities they serve.

The celebration carries this year’s theme, “Philippine Civil Service @ 126: Sama-Samang Hakbang, Serbisyo Para sa Bayan,” emphasizing the collective effort and commitment of civil servants in delivering meaningful and responsive service to the people.

The 3KM Fun Run marked a meaningful beginning to this year’s Civil Service Month celebration—celebrating not only the dedication of our public servants, but also the spirit of unity, wellness, friendship, and service that continues to inspire government employees.
