-Registration Period: January 31 – February 27, 2026

- Who Can Register: Incoming Kindergarten (children turning 5 on or before October 31, 2026), Grade 1 students, Grade 7 students, ALS enrollees, returning learners (Balik-Aral), and transferees.

Level-Specific Requirements:

-Kindergarten: PSA Birth Certificate, Enrollment Form
​
-Grade 1: PSA Birth Certificate, Enrollment Form, Progress Report Card from ECD (for those who finished Kinder SY 2025-2026)

-Grade 7: PSA Birth Certificate, Enrollment form, Report Card
​
- ALS/Balik-Aral: PSA Birth Certificate, Report Card/records from last school attended, Enrollment Form
​
- Transferee: PSA Birth Certificate, Report Card/records from last school attended, Enrollment Form, Good Moral Certificate

General Reminder: Photocopies are required for documents like the PSA Birth Certificate and SF 9 (Report Cards), with other listed requirements to be prepared accordingly.

January 31- February 27, 2026

🏫QUEZON INTEGRATED SCHOOL

📣📣📣Bilang paghahanda sa pagbubukas ng SY 2026-2027, ang Quezon Integrated School ay magsasagawa ng "Early Registration". Inaanyayahan ang mga magulang o guardian ng mga sumusunod na magpalista:

📜Kindergarten: Mga batang limang (5) taong gulang sa o bago mag Oktubre 31, 2026

📜Grade 1: Mga batang magtatapos ng Kindergarten sa S.Y. 2025-2026

📜Transferees: Mga batang mula Grade 2-Grade 6 na nagnanais lumipat sa Quezon Integrated School

📜Balik-Aral: Mga batang nagnanais bumalik sa pag-aaral.

📜Mga dokumento na kailangang isumite:
