| In view of the continued heavy rainfall associated with the enhanced Southwest Monsoon, which may result in urban flooding and traffic disruptions and pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 133 dated 31 August 2026, the Bureau of Customs – Port of Clark will implement a Skeleton Workforce Arrangement on September 01, 2026 to ensure the continuity of essential services while prioritizing the safety of personnel.

Stakeholders and employees who need to report to the office are advised to exercise caution when traveling and remain updated on the latest weather and safety advisories.

| Representatives of Lufthansa Technik Philippines (LTP) paid a courtesy visit to Bureau of Customs – Port of Clark District Collector Jairus S. Reyes, following the groundbreaking ceremony of its new maintenance facility at Clark International Airport on August 6, 2026.

The upcoming widebody maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) center, to be built on a 157,000-square-meter site, marks another significant investment in Clark’s growing aviation industry. District Collector Reyes reaffirmed the Port’s full support for LTP’s expansion through efficient customs processes and the MRO-F.A.S.T. initiative of BOC Clark and Clark Development Corporation, which supports the streamlined facilitation of MRO operations within the Clark Freeport Zone.

BOC Port of Clark Exceeds July 2026 Revenue Target, Sustains Collection Streak

The Bureau of Customs – Port of Clark sustained its strong revenue collection performance after exceeding its assigned target for July 2026. The Port collected Php 584.570 million against its target of Php 544.402 million, posting a surplus of Php 40.168 million.

The July performance builds on the Port’s consistent revenue collection during the first half of 2026, when it exceeded its assigned targets from January to June. For the six-month period, BOC Clark collected Php 2.773 billion against a cumulative target of Php 2.713 billion, generating a surplus of Php 60.847 million.

District Collector Jairus S. Reyes attributed the Port’s sustained performance to the dedication of its personnel, strict customs valuation and assessment, and the continued compliance of stakeholders with customs laws and regulations. The achievement supports the directive of Customs Commissioner Ariel F. Nepomuceno to strengthen lawful revenue collection while facilitating legitimate trade and contributing to the national development priorities of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.

| The Bureau of Customs – Port of Clark conducted a cascading session on the ATA Carnet and the ATA Carnet Monitoring System to equip employees with a better understanding of its procedures and proper implementation.

The activity supports more efficient customs processing and strengthens the Port’s readiness in facilitating the temporary admission and exportation of goods under the ATA Carnet system.
