A turnover of command is a time-honored maritime tradition that bridges the achievements of outgoing officers with the fresh vision of incoming leadership, all aimed at strengthening the safety and security of our waters. During the proceedings, outgoing Sub-Station Commanders ENS Kester Zane M Gayamos PCG (Dinalungan) and ENS Kimler Nel T Manlavi PCG (Dipaculao) formally handed over their duties and responsibilities to ENS Gerald Ryan Carpio PCG.
